dlogs is privacy-first from day 1. We collect and process only the data required to operate, secure, and improve decision capture and retrieval workflows.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with processors needed to operate the service (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers) and when required by law.

Data retention

Approved decision records are retained as the product and audit system of record. Operational third-party payloads (webhooks, buffers, job bodies) are redacted, size-limited, and deleted or minimized on short TTLs once they are no longer needed for retry or human confirmation. We also retain data when required for security or legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data, subject to legal and operational constraints.
